SPR only ma ... not giving up passport

anytime can return to japan and stay to enjoy sea, lake, mountain and sakura ... [thumbsup]

Haha, developers always been known to sell 'future' psf/pricing, while agents offer with a 'sure win' proposition.

Buyers gotta to do own research to the real value entry psf/ true level upside potential, to see if whether its worth the punt. :D
