ya lor. The below chap was banned from driving for 30 years, yet he managed to rent a car and create havoc

https://www.todayonline.com/singapore/15-years-preventive-detention-repeat-offender-who-got-stand-police-woodlands-checkpoint

He was on Thursday (Oct 3) sentenced to 15 years’ jail after he pleaded guilty to 16 assorted charges, plus 24 strokes of the cane and a one-year driving ban.

On Jan 5 last year, Chew drove a rented Toyota Camry despite being under a 30-year driving ban from 2004 to 2034. That was the third time he drove a car when he was not allowed to.

1 question. Why the judge bothers to issue "a one-year drving ban" sentence to him with his 30 years drving ban still in effect till 2034?

Because he was not the driver at the time of the outstanding charges? lol

he was betting on the fact that the cop was unable to identify him "as it happened too fast".

but now the pillion with the biker who tailed the maseratti has appeared in court and identified the driver as they were face to face when the pillion knocked on the car's window.

see what the fella want to say now.

Cane and jail him big time, by looking at the number of outstanding charges he has is sufficient to conclude that he is a rubbish to the society .

Did both the bus and lorry beat red light at the same time ?

Hmm...dun think so. More like lorry did not stop but proceeded on amber, assuming approaching bus will stop on amber.

He himself did not stop but expect the bus to do so. Jialat.

Cause green lights did not turn on till lorry almost cleared the junction.

Just my tots

Safe ride

Cheers

The light turned green even before the impact, meaning the lorry was turning on one of those short interval blinking arrows while the bus tried to beat amber light.
