Not need ppl to cross road properly?

ppl need to cross properly, that's by default, but you can't control human nature, so technology need to be in place

Exactly. All pedestrians need to be fitted with AEB- Accident Evasive Brain

Actually, all pre-fitted at birth, some adults still refusing to activate the inbuilt feature.

That boy not to be blamed...as he’s still very young...hope he’s fine

this article doesn't state boy's condition.

Looking at it from the positive side, no news is likely good news.

the mum at the rear is a good example, see how tight she hold her kids hand.

the front 1 is a perfect bad example.

Some blamed parked car, some blamed driver for failing to see the Indian boy.

I I feel the mother has the responsibility to look after the child.

All has some parts to be blame but the way the ignorant driver drove over  the boy is not figivable.

Although the boy look relatively OK after the impact, the car hit him at 2 critical body part, i.e. Spine and Head, so there are still risk of some serious or even permanent injury...

The way the mum pulled that kid..

he is either ok or his brain and spine are toufoo ..

vios still ok .. Thai made cars typically have a ground clearance of 135–165mm 👍

The driver already drive quite slow. The the question will be, is the driver able to see the child running across? If yes of coz it's the driver fault. If not, how can the driver know? It's like a normal drive without driver realising anything. This could happen to anyone who is driving.
