Just saw 3 TP using their bikes to blocked 2 inner lanes of the 3 lanes available at Yishun dam (towards SengKang) at about 1.45pm. 

All cars/lorries slow down. BUT the strange thing is NO incidents or what leh.. I only saw them chatting away..

Anyone know why they do this?
