Once, a motorcycle skidded and fell in front of me. I stopped in time but did not come out to help. I feel ashamed to say that. Two motocyclists stopped and one helped to move the motocycle from lane 2 to the shoulder. 

Still wondering whether it is safe to come out of the car to help.

Bike speeding in the rain + lane splitting.

The past few days, has been constant rain with roads soaked and some flooded.  Yet behaviours of SG drivers hasn't changed to drive to conditions. 

Still no indicating, still tailgating, still not letting people merge etc. 

It's crazy.

it is raining seasons, drive safely folks!  If you wiper is worn, go replace them, if your tyres thread are worn out, please replace them quickly too.

i agree that the merce quite CB, but the bike should know how vulnerable his small bike was, at that kind of speed he was going under heavy rain was an accident waiting to happen, if not today, will be one of the tomorrows.

I think it is because he larp his accelerator far to hard to chase the red car.
