If the taxi driver took his foot off the accelerator he would have opened a gap and not hit the BM. If the taxi driver pressed the brake he would have opened a bigger gap and he would have not hit the BM. If the taxi tailgate what difference if the BM was always in front or cut in? The BM is wrong to cut in and its very annoying but people that say the BM caused the accident is wrong. The taxi tailgating caused the accident. If he just took his foot off the accelerator he would have more than enough time to stop. The people that miss the point seem to miss the point on every post. This is consistency at its best.
