The day drivers can control themselves not driving above the speed limit

is the day road hoggers will move left on the highway.

The is no need to move left on normal roads.

How to move left if you want to turn right?

Can.

when you drift your car to turn right

your body will turn left

Or will it not?

sorry ah I dunno how to drift, only know how to drift away from topic

Bus drivers getting worse and worse.

:D

Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Bus services don't want to pay fair salary, want them to work long hours (too much stress in reaching on time, it is becoming like delivery services where one have to do fast deliveries and give less shyt about safety).

Who in sane mind wanted to be bus captain, when working environment  is shyt.

Bus captain earns about 3+k including OT.  There is a limit of OT they can clock a week.

Unless there is traffic jam on the road, unlikely need to rush.

Don't we get to see 2 or sometimes 3 bus services arriving together in some of the stops, and every time the reason is changed traffic situation along the bus route and not anything else?

Do the bus captains get pressurized to meet the arrival time, while there are factors which are beyond their control (breakdowns, traffic jam)?

Saw 10 or 12 Certis officers stationed at intervals along Sunset Way, Clementi Rd, Commonwealth Ave west and Clementi Ave 2 this morning.

Some looked too close together.

Anyway I asked one group what they were looking for and was told PMDs.

Actually on my 2 hour walks every morning during rush hour over the last week I've only seen maybe two PMDs and one unicycle.

Those cameras are meant for road monitoring and not speed enforcement. Speed camera require powerful shutter speed and flash unit, which is lacking. As u can see, they did frame-by-frame analysis of the speed and can only estimate between 126-165km/h where a proper speed camera can easily get the actual speed.

Meaning if there's no accident by speeding car, the footage wont be retrieved for investigation. Dont make people paranoid thinking those cameras can issue fines 😂

Those cameras mounted on lamp posts can also look out for illegal parking.

What will happen to those bus captains if they cannot meet the arrival time?

Yes you are correct. Can spot illegal parking. Because those cars are stationary and licence plate easy to read. Unless the owners are using some tiny or illegal fonts

this must be the biggest uncontrolled junction ever..

Pls do not suggest to LTA to fix yet another traffic light here. There are 4-5 new traffic lights along this stretch (lentor - amk ave 6) in recent years. Just 1 month ago, they dismantled the pedestrian bridge and put traffic light just 50m away from this site.
