In a way, the stream driver was lucky he had his window wind down else his head would smashed against the window right?

is the blardy road hogger on lane 1.

No hoggers no problem.

No difference to such drivers... even if the 10 lanes are free of cars, this type of driver will only drive on the right most lane..

Didn't stop car immediately and still drive forward. She could have drove over the rider's hand and leg. Goodness.

yes, 2 bad decisions in quick succession...

either she's totally incompetent/clueless and couldn't care less about the rider's life, or she's v smart to move car away so no need to look so bad on herself.
