In this case the mazda safety cage is quite good, despite the engine block has been completely push backward which can be seen from the protruding exhaust pipes, the passenger cabin is still intact, good enough. Edited 18 hours ago by Ct3833 This must have disappointed you! A lot of my colleagues still of the notion hard car is better. I say the hard car can take the impact but also transfer to the passengers. A properly designed chasis disintegrate in all direction to disperse impact force instead of sucking it to the occupants amd leaving the survival cell more or less intact. End of the day when kanna accident you want to still admire your car very solid and durable need little money repair or to ensure your jelly body and organs dun get dislodged in your body. Use MAS to push culprit insurer. No point calling the trailer company. If we can't even solve our own motor claims, how can we KPKB about claims against Malaysian car?

Inexperienced truck driver met with a non-awareness porsche driver. When hauling a wide flat bed, every driver in this industry know that we must drive in-between 2 lanes when turning like this one in tampines to prevent cars staying at our sides . Not squeeze in forcing other people to the roadkerb like this truck driver. For the porsche driver, since the truck already turn out to the middle lane on main road which means "lane is blocked, go go go" signal & should step abit more on the accelerator to get far away from the truck. But majority is still truck driver's fault. Edited September 4, 2019 by Sugimoto

But majority is still truck driver's fault. The trailer should just stop and position to take up 2 lanes. If he had stopped behind the posh, he would have all the space needed to drive on. The cam car already shared that idiotic trailer driver almost hit him too if he did not veer to his left quickly. That means the cam car driver is prepared to let driver take up more space to move out from slip road. This loophole can be managed. Go MAS if insurance company play punk. Highlight which insurers and we will avoid at all costs. Know how to collect and increase premiums but when trouble comes, do minimum and hide behind this loophole. No cam evidence yes, its more understandable not self inflicted injuries to car. But with cam evidence, pls use brains connected to heart to process claim against the other party. Safe ride. Companies that protect such axxhole drivers should be called out for taking easiest way out too. Cheers

The trailer chose to squeeze and wipe out the cars next to it. If anything the police would probably have him for reckless driving. Porsche owner just scared of stumping up the excess and bearing the loading and NCD loss (but I thought this will all be reimbursed when case is concluded?). With video, he should just go ahead and pay the excess and get back onto the road and let his insurance company (easily) go after the truck's insurer. ↡ Advertisement
