The surface feels rough, but not to the extent of tearing a person’s skin when rubbing over it. For washing, it probably just need a pressure spray to wash away the dirt n leave to dry on its own. Use pressure washer to wash like Worx Hydroshot and then use Worx blower to dry it. This is called touchless car washing.
