KE30 .. looks like in pretty decent shape for something 40 over years old ..

i remember a long time ago, drove this car, engine is very tractable .. 4th gear can pull from just over 15kmh 😂

Is it rear-wheel driven?

I remember many many years ago I drove a Toyota with wheels like that.
Those wheels seem to have a very negative offset.

Maybe you got mixed up with the Datsun SSS.

I recalled liao, it's an early-1980s Toyota Carina!
Its wheels looked something like that, concave face one.

I used to see this car. I think the owner lives in Pasir Ris. I am not sure if this is badged as Ipsum or Picnic.

In those days, standard wheel equipment consist of steel wheels. If the car comes with hub caps already considered deluxe liao.

All these concave rims are after-market items.

yes the KE30 is RWD .. the corolla went FWD only in 1983 with the E80 ..

I know old school Beetle is not that rare here but I can't help to take several shots of this well kept beauty when I chance upon it.

The only thing that spoil the nostalgic feel is the 'SMS' plate.

nice! very well kept .. looks like one from the late 60s - judging from the front headlamps, indicators, rear licence plate holder size and bumpers, as well as the fuel gauge that used to be a separate small squarish instrument on the left of the round speedo is in this model integrated in the round speedo combo 😄

My daughter also took a photo of a rare car. And it's also an Alfa Romeo. On classic plate with old no. too...

It's a 2000. Not sure how many 2000 models are there though...

Hit the motherload today outside cars and coffee (and other dealers) in Commonwealth. They always seem to have a nice rare selection of cars parked out front (and inside). 

Starting with a Cullinan and Toyota century
