Nice catch!  High likely an imported used under classic car scheme. The American off-road vehicle was produced by International Harvester from 1961 (Scout 80) to 1980 (Scout II).

The one you posted should be the 1961 - 1965 International Havester Scout 80. From 1966 model year onward (Scout 800), the fold down windscreen is not longer available, along with a different wing mirror, grill and logo.

if i remember correctly, it cost almost $200k, about the same price as S1 Exige , evo4 only around $140k
