I think Republic Plaza has season parking for non-tenant, you can check it out. Maybe Capitaspring also have lots for non-tenant.

You check out Republic Plaza liao? You can also check out Capital Square, just across the road from CapitalSpring.

If you buy as public rate, price surely 'scary'. Only tenant price maybe still acceptable but for building around raffles place MRT, even tenant rate also become ex now liao.

If you want a cheaper price, check out Capital Square price. If you want even cheaper rate, check out Great Eastern building.

If want convenience, just pay lo.

If heart pain, juz BMW.

Before pre covid era., even you want to pay for the ex season parking in Raffles Place also don't have lot for you. All building parking lot either is full or long waiting list. But after covid happened, you are still able to find a lot in Raffles Place if you don't mind paying now. But price for the season in this area has went up quite a lot after covid opening somewhere in end 2022 to 2023.

Tanjong Pagar area can find cheaper season parking than in Raffles Place area. You no go check out Capital Square and Great Eastern building season parking? Their rate is below $400 if i am not wrong.
