Ya, sense of entitlement.. I think not only this Indian ft.. A lot of people are like that. Tharman knew this is an issue nationwide. Beside education, what could be done to sink in to these people with sense of entertainment to be more respectful to people?

waiting for shanmugam to provide a definitive voice as well. Will be keen to hear what he says.

Tharman has always been a pragmatic voice in the chaos that we live in. And hence my preference as him for an Indian PM

isn't this what LHL's govt portrays?

be magnanimous to foreign talents? (heck, even call them talents when many of them ain't even capable), welcome them with open arms

so much so that some of them climb over our heads

From here, the authority should look seriously how he was recruited. True Singapore lack such talent and how many such talents in this organisation. We will have a better idea what is happening here. Haha

To even be in JPMorgan as a client needs big bucks in millions. If you getting good returns and well taken care of like sending you to the F1 suites during F1 in SG . You will not be too bothered with how the staff behaves. After all , that exclusive circle is had to come by.

I read inbetween the lines on questioning if the guard was chinese was, there was no empathy practice during that conversation exchange and what diwali is all about.

So on asking for 10 dollars it spark a "WTF" moment and he went ballistic.

Its just a series of unfortunate emotion exchange that went into overdrive.

And that's how to talk your way out of the HR COI on the disciplinary action.

looking back, i think this was sparked by the visitor. Ramesh was just drawn into it as a result of ego and face. but in the end just have to blame himself for being so 要面子lor ...

Watch the video... actually nothing....

just some guy who lost his temper slightly. He calmed down towards the end. Ok some of the stuff he said were rude but really nothing serious.

was this condo affected by the new car park ruling that limits the number of lots? I find the new car park ruling stupid.... no parks visitors, next time really dunno where to park

When one is at somewhat high up position and especially if he is FT. Whatever he/she does outside of the worklife better not be like these people did. Or else if somehow there is video or picture of posting on instergram, Facebook and etc went on what he/she did went viral. Than that's it.. That's how powerful the social medial pressure it is.

However, if this person is in some high shot.. Like ceo, vice president, mps, ministers and etc. Somehow if the same thing happened.. We know what will happen.. Either apologise and then honest mistake and move on. So well that's life.

So it is either to be at the cream of the top to be vip person or better be a good guy/girl if you can't reach that high position.

Read the thread, there are already a few post talking about why some condos have such car park rules for visitors.

In any case, remember that it is the owners who voted for such a rule in their AGM so they must have a good reason for it.
