I have to agree with this caste thingy.

The reason is because I got it worse :(.

Called the hotline of an insurance company and a CECA lady picked up my call. My call was to clarify something that is probably a mistake on their website (with regards to one of their product).

To cut the story short, she had a tough time understanding what I was saying because she didn't even know the problem (their own product). The last straw came when she insisted that I am stupid enough not to understand their product.

In the end, I got to spoon feed her about the error and when she finally realized her mistake, there wasn't even an apology.

I'm a patient person according to people around me so I guess not many would have spoon fed her if she has been on the phone with another person.

This pride thingy is really a problem.

After 11pm must pay, read the condo has 800 plus units and 800 plus car park lots, so supply might be tight, need to keep lots for residents’ cars.

Normally expat package includes condo car and international school for children. Or is this expat plus package? After 5 years vaporise and must move out and come back to Singapore to restart the expat term.
