The details of the November 2019 1st open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 4 November 2019, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 6 November 2019, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 6 November 2019 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 3,454 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,043
Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,017
Category D: Motorcycles => 693

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 318
Category E: Open Category => 383

E-scooters will be banned from foot paths from tomorrow. Motor bikes COE will shoot up for sure.

My guess is more food delivery on e-scooters might switch to driving PHV. So the demand for cars might go up slightly.

Motorcycle COE might be in higher demand due to switch from PMD  to using motorcycle for food delivery.

Because coe price used to be high and bid was furious during the LCR time, but now coe price  has been low and steady, no more excitement.
