Just now cycled along Changi Coastal Road saw many cars in the CEC premise, with cars taking turn to revv, so this is the event.

Abit inconvenienced as many cars refused to stop to let cyclists pass the entrance as well as exit. Should have stationed traffic marshals there to manage the safety aspect.

Not really a traffic jam when I was there, but the car entry is very slow (only two people manning the entry and they go chat to each car one by one), so imagine when it gets busier, then it'll start getting a jam. 

Not really that worth it in my opinion.  I've seen better modified cars in my lifetime, there is a huge car parking area, so there were some people honing around, so can get pretty dangerous. 

How mòdified can you expected here. Too heavily modified LTA will go after it.

Unlike other country where car is cheap, you can have multiple cars. One for day to day drive, others for interest of all type of thing you can do to it.
