there is no right or wrong answer.

buy when you feel comfortable with the number. any number within 50k for cat b is ok with me, 10k or 20k down doesn't going to make too much different.

If you are buying cat B, most of the premium brand price wont fluctuate with COE movement, and Cat B unlikely to drop much , next year will go back up when quota reduce, dont wait for the last train that will never come .

Managed to get my coe ! Really happy that the AD bid higher than I expected.. 

now excited to get my first car, was advised that it’s mid jan. hoping it’s true or maybe earlier!

Vincar ? They are so far one of the more reliable PI, but they sell at premium price too.

The margin is so high any increase also they have covered already.
