I like the idea. I hope they extend this simulator test to the ageing drivers....like those above 65 to make sure they can still drive safely under night and rain conditions.

Also disallow drivers that drive 30kmph on simulator on 60kmph Road.

anyway, went to Zone X yesterday and played the driving game ... quite "realistic" also ... $2.50 per game.

like like the "punishment" simulation of the PMDs on the roads or walking paths now ... just simulation.

I think simulator is good in a way that can re-create scenarios which practical driving test cannot do. It may be other rogue drivers/riders or even pedestrians/jaywalkers or cyclists who do funny things on the roads. It will better help new drivers be mentally prepared. There are siao lang everywhere.
