The details of the December 2019 2nd open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

Tender opens: Monday, 16 December 2019, 12 noon
Tender closes: Wednesday, 18 December 2019, 4.00 pm
Tender results: Wednesday, 18 December 2019 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

The total quota available for this tender is 3,443 for the following vehicle categories:

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,029
Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,015
Category D: Motorcycles => 697

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:
Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 318
Category E: Open Category => 384

But many people still want to collect new car before next month CNY.  So i guess coe might still go up in next round?!

if base on what you said, COE will drop after CNY, in reality, I dont think so. i could be wrong.

Hello bro you do know its the PHV companies that are bidding hard these days? Real pte buyers are far n few in between. The high COE prices are direct results of their work. They need to expand the rental fleets as usual
