Will he be impeach?

He will almost certainly be impeached. But he will almost certainly not be convicted and therefore will stay in Office.

Impeachment is like being charged. You still need a trial to determine guilt.

It's a three step process.

First is the investigation and hearings. In this case, done by the House Judicial Committee.

Impeachment (Congress, requires simple majority of 50 percent) is the bringing of formal charges ("articles of impeachment"). Two previous presidents have reached this stage (Andrew Johnson, William J Clinton). Trump will very likely be the third.

Trial (Senate, requires supermajority of 2/3 to convict) will determine conviction or acquittal. Former will mean removal from office. This has never happened before. Very unlikely to happen here also.

The Rep has the majority in the house therefore they will stand behind him. Impeachment is depending on vote majority. The speaker will put him on trial, public hearing of the witness and evidence will be heard, debate, then vote. Whether he will be impeach or not he will still be in office. Stupiak wan lah. I think the whole process is just to make him go thru humiliation. He deserves it imo for what he did to Ukraine. Ppl around him or those working for him will likely resign and move on cos evidence will have to link to his ppl. They will feel guilty and resign.
