No leh, no need singpass.

it looks like it's somehow tied up with LTA. Got give VRN and also last 4 digit/character of NRIC. Either linked to LTA, or backend use this info to go onemotoring to check, before they validate and say verified...

but so far the msg i sent to the car no. got no reply... dunno is she not using, or this doesn't work, or ??

You don't need to register an account if you want to message someone (that someone must have the app and drivers connect function activated). Can use the public way https://www.motorist.sg/drivers-connect. Not sure what happens when the other party tries to reply you though haha. 

But since bro @Atrecord needs to "follow up" with the lady driver, it is best for him to install the app and log in. 😛

But to receive a message, you need to register an account and have the app on your phone for notification.
