Just signed on dotted line for VW Passat 1.8 turbo Comfortline at $120K (list price $124K). Guaranteed COE with COE rebate at $37K. CAT B COE last round was $37,109. I think it's a deal too good to miss for a made in Germany continental car, compared to the Mercedes C160 using a Renault 1.5l engine selling for $160K.
