Saw this promo below. Does anyone know the meaning of Effective Price? Btw I just randomly chose an ad, not thinking of changing car yet.

means they give you some form of overtrade... or discount and freebies and you'll end up getting the car at the effective price stated.

Usually has some trade in booster or overtrade. And then they deduct service credits to get to effective price. But if u r taking the service credits then effectively just the trade in booster is a discount

Salesman " We can work out something for you". 

Interest payable would be $42,000 over 10 years.

I think such buyers are better off in a Mitsubishi Attrage or Perodua Bezza.

Heard too many time people saying.."But its only $X per month ! ".

No wonder so many people are in debt holes.

I finally understand the Audi ADV liao .....

Every Audi adv when ending will have to dong dong sound.

I know already.  

It is the sound of Audi driving over a human bumper ...... dong dong...

Personally I believe all of us would prefer overtrade than service credits. Thanks for the info, Midorima.

The salesman would love this buyer to the max coz he earns commission for the bank loan too. The bigger the loan, the longer the tenure, the bigger his commission.

The net  interest amount is no joke! But dont laugh at me, I dont even have $2k for down payment 😄😄

same for me.. I asked the SE to down $1k and take 10 years loan.. He decided to top up the $1k balance for me instead! Whahahahahahaha..
