haha this one is a different issue......for us, we do not get to decide our own salaries......we just present the case to our hirers...

 

for them, they are in full control.  the stat board deliberating the ministerial salaries still reports to the PMO who repborts to the PM.  in any case, it smacks of ownself enriching unlike those asking for higher pay in the job interview.
