Actually from the picture the view is obstructed. I am an idiot at times.... hehe. Or too free. Look at where the shadow of the traffic light is. From there you know where is the sun shining from. The countdown timer (number) and possibly the red/green man will not be so visible cos the sun is shining directly at it. I was trying to quote the post so the picture appears.
