Bookings for new cars were weak over the past 2 weeks, since the last bid.

The car rental firms are probably in the scene this round.

this is interesting...typically it doesn't jump at 2plus...normally at the last 15 mins.

think there should have been quite alot of people who went in this round following the plunge. expect to see a rebound, but might drop over the next month or two if uncertainty around the virus persist. 

another factor is whether coe quota from may-jul (to be announced in march) will continue to tighten or will have more quota. if it the latter case can expect coe prices to ease in Q2.
