I believe one IC no. can only bid for one particular category, in each round of bidding exercise.

Multiple category bids using same IC is not possible, right?

Why not?

So cannot buy 2 cars?

Very conservative bids. There can be 30 bids coming in but price increase by only $10.

Dealers sold cars at rock bottom prices during motor show and last two weeks, probably limited margins.

Prices should remain status quo as with  last bid, unless the car rental firms come in at the last five min to create havoc!

The car rental firms are in now, sending prices for Cat A to rise by $4K to $29,000 with 20 bids.

Why would car rental firms bid so high when demand for PHV is super low currently.
