Those are the smartest people in the best position.

If they paid high and got their car with a lower paper value means

they got their car.

If people paid low and COE goes up and they never got their car. At the end of the day they never got their car. 

So get car good, no get car no matter how low the price is, is not a good deal.

I am guessing back to 30K on the back of lower quotas and moderate demand due to Covid19
