My guess: Cat A and B down by about $1-2k. There could be people switching over to personal cars rather than PHV and bus/MRT to support the COE.

Usually after major drop (ie last round) it should rebound abit... theres quite aggressive sales this weekend so im thinking quota tgts not met yet... will be very interesting to see if can sustain... i think will up but very slight only.

So this weekend the car showroom is crowded?

Idk i dun go... but what promos i have seen is aggressive lol

aggressive does not translate to sales..

Agreed that whenever a dip there be rebound.. very much like stock mkt..

However this round be interesting due to the uncertainty of economy and the prolong impact the virus may bring.. pay raise and job security i believe is the talk of the town now instead of buying cars.

Cat A & B at $1 on 19 Feb 15:50 hrs 🤣

Possible, Anything can happen

However in the backdrop, Dow Jones sky high

STI index high, Property Index very high

As a guide

During the SARS outbreak early 2003

COE cat A & B prices  ranged from 26k-32K (Jan to June 2003)

The only index I see locally is Capland.. whenever cross or near $4 sure come down! whahahahaha..

DOW high as tonnes of money are printed nightly to support the market.. the rich got SUPER Rich.. here i dunno MAS got print money boh..

With this COVID 19.. HDL boss may get knock off the top..

Many cat. B car price drop by $6k after last COE and with lowest cat B COE for last 10 years. Many order came in, expect fluctuation around up or down $3k.
