My guess is those ICU then bedridden. The rest, should be still able to do daily task, just breathless only.

I hope this time round they are dropping signals to Singaporean abroad to faster come back. Few days later close the door.

I think global avg was roughly 5% will need ICU... in Sg we are outperforming that number 😣
