if the job can 100% work from home

basically, the job should have been outsourced to prc, india and philipine already ...

during this WFH ... we already have some ideas to move some non esential services out of office ...

subscription base and pay per use 👍

WFH, can

1. lie on the bed as you like

2. go for shower in a hot day

3. apply mask and continue to work

4. go supermarket do marketing work during official working hours

5. save on 1 to 2 hours per day in commuting, but waste the same time due to lower productivity (various factors including slow network, equipment deficient, etc)

Work in the office can also apply mask and continue to work la, do personal stuff during official working hours, like going to the bank or money changer. But cannot lie on the bed, go shower and waste time on travelling to work.

I noticed i do not feel sleepy when wfh even after a heavy lunch, but i always feel tired and sleepy in the office. Also lesser headache occur when wfh. Lol.

Sometimes these WFH roles needs to be a local contact, just that the co. doesn't have a physical office. But the local contact is required to visit their customers on site occasionally

I believe as long as quality of skill and time zone is essential to professional services rendered.

but very often I have to contend with local country holidays and lunch hour conflict or even tea time and traffic congestion.

we can’t seem to have outsourced country adjust to Singapore local time zone with a shift pattern to suit our local needs.
