I like bamboo too. Where to buy ar? Canned? Got fresh ones?

fresh ones only wet markets have, usually those veg sellers. otherwise SS have pre-pack raw ones from china. Can ones never try. Dried ones i think only wet markets can find, those dried food stalls. [laugh][laugh][laugh]

How does that compare to breadmaker in term of efforts and texture?

Texture definitely better than the bread maker I always used.

Effort is a sweating effort. My wife was all sweating after kneading the bread by hand.

You can check out on the youtube I post on previous page.

@Anjoy how long can your rustic breads and pastries keep and what's the best way to keep them? Only two people at home so it'll take awhile to finish everything, love the selection though and i'm gonna sit down with wifey to put an order together.

Hi @Myxilplixour breads can be kept in the freezer for about a week. As they dont have preservatives or stablisers, keeping in ambient is not advisable.

SS sometime can get fresh one. This year I don't see it during this China spring season, maybe due to Covid 19. Less thing import. Past 2 years I bought from SS before.

OK. Photo is fresh bamboo soup cook with pork leg last week. For this soup,  will add  a bit of the 金华火腿 in the soup.  So the soup is super good.

Thailand lockdown still can visit friends?

Sorry late reply. Rough day for me.

Yes no rules about home visiting. We do have curfew 10pm to 4am. Also no dine-in, only take away we enacted this for almost a month already. I wouldn’t call ours a real lockdown though.
