I never buy the mixed type, cos corn is just rubbish in terms of nutrients. And i already have a lot of carrots at home. But frozen peas best is to add to something like curry/stew like. For dinner i was trying out a new Argentinian flat iron steak that Foodies Market just brought in. Decided to make a steak burger since we had leftover brioche buns which i also ordered from Enjoue (i made smashburgers for lunch on Saturday with them as well). Made a simple burger sauce with kewpie mayo, kicap manis and sriracha, wifey caramelized some onions and that's all we needed. I just got my food smoker gun so i used the steak as an experiment and smoked half of it with hickory woodchips after searing. Didn't get much of a smokey taste so i'll need to experiment further with that. Btw the flat iron is great and wifey fell in love with it. Hi @Myxilplix, thanks for the support.
