Today is PH, confirmed crowded at hc. Even during weekday many times also crowded during this CB. No matter how serious is Covid, many people still live life as per normal and still need to eat. Lol.

ok 说来话长 [laugh] i run around most of the supermarket and convenient shop all peanut powder sold out. Ordered online but yet to deliver.

I have to go to the mama stall, buy those  salted kanjang titbit, went home wash the salt away, then bake it to squeeze out the oil, then blow dry, and finally use the grinder to grind it.

it taste quite authentic by the way [laugh]

First time trying Prima Wholegrain Flour (all the while have been using fresh fine grain flour from Phoon Huat).

Do you have a picture of the fine grain flour from PH that you were using ? Is it the same as this plain flour or something else ?
