If u are steaming prawns. I think >3-4 mins should be already overcooked on a medium flame. Usually it will be added last if u are doing 盆菜 style.

I no need to worry about this as myself and my eldest daughter do not like seafood, but good for those keen to add. Fried seafood is another thing altogether haha.

Anyway I top up the tofu for my soup and added more water and added abit of seasoning as my family like soupy thing. Turned out even better.

Weather really very hot past few days, even after shower my skin still feel sticky. So food easier to spoilt if left outside.

First glance it looks like japanese curry. But the consistency looks more watery than jap curry. Chicken & tofu stew ?  Looks like a hearty dish to go with rice .. 👍
