Heartlander Turbocharged July 10, 2020 Share July 10, 2020 (edited) Cooked BBQ rib dinner tonight. Quite glad that all my effort turned out well as everyone in the family commented nice. The rib was cooked using lazyman method - Heinz Hickory Sauce only. Total 2 slabs of 1kg each. Used the proper method to cook using oven. Mash potatoes just boiled and mashed and added Kewpie Roasted sesame sauce and pepper. Mixed vege sprinkled with mixed herbs and pepper and cooked for 45min. Just nice for 9 pax.
