Wife bought this 北京烤鸭 through neighbourhood group buy. Surprisingly not bad, the meat is very tender and seasoning is just nice (for me as I don't prefer too China style seasoning). 

But this joke is, I totally forgotten about the spring roll skin and chopped the whole duck up, with bones! 

Ended up we have to tear the meat before rolling it up.

Why would u want to eat peking duck at home? 
Carving a nice slice of skin/fat/meat requires some skill and experience. And the skin is only crisp for a short while. Since it's only air dried and not deep fried.
