Their hum is like foc. In Sg, normally you can see like 5 to 8 pieces only!

The hum were put on as dressing without frying. Those without hepatitis jabs better refrain from consuming too much!

There's no jab against Hep A.  Better enjoy it cooked.

Home make dough culture. Hahaha

Overall quite satisfactory.  A bit crunchy on the outer brown colour layer and soft in the inner part. Me and wifey controlled the sugar level. Son kneaded those shape.🤔😟

Why?   Both are medicinal; vinegar emulsifies fat & bittergourd detoxifies.  😁

Looks yummy though it is out of my reach. Just skim off the top layer of oil, I think it should be quite OK!

Recommended by good friend.

Stall is called Morning bkt at Hong Lim level one. Haha the soup is Kway Chap soup not much herbal flavour. But the 大肠 is nice. My friend says the liver/kidney soup is good but I didn't have that.

In summary, Come here to eat the Kway Chap. It's a Kway Chap stall masquerading as a bkt one!

Normally a chef in a atas restaurant is specialised in one type of food, maybe French, Japanese, Italian, Chinese  etc...

But your helper is cooking all type of dishes like a 5 star restaurant chef, with food presentation and quality.

Ya I know.  We are very very lucky to have her.  And the best thing is she constantly makes the effort to experiment and try to cook new things.  This is why we rarely eat out!  Whenever we eat out, we always compare the food with what she can cook, and her food is usually better.
