No offence but I find no need to use a 3D printer for this simple task. 大才小用。

Definitely not a necessity.

But it s a hobby.

You can learn something out of making 3D prints.

1. Learn about dimension and tolerance. Fitting and joints.

2. Learn about structure and supports. Simple physics.

3. Learn how to draw 3D objects, relate them in real life.

4. Make something that you can't find or buy, or too expensive to buy.

5.Make money helping others who had no printer to print something for their needs.

6. I earn $20 by selling 3D prints for gamers who want to buy adapters for their logitech simulation driving wheels. OEM sells for $80 for a piece of aluminium spacer. I print them on plastic and it is a cheap alternative for many people.

Bro, if I wanna make a certain LEGO Technic piece with extra length, can you do it without any drawings but just a sample from me?

Quite tough for me now.. I know technic parts, quite intricate. Especially those rods and beam with holes.
