Of course it's SiMiLan7546Di*k's fault lah. Bad judgement.

How is this a single lane road when the motorcycle going in the other direction?😂😂

For me that's the motor bikes' fault.

The black car was out to overtake and the m/bike should have stopped.

Hur ....   [shocked]

Highway Code states likewise ....  :a-aggressive:

Overtaking vehicle (this one overtake a stationary vehicle) should giveway to "On Coming" traffic.

So the m/cyclist was coming on his own lane and the overtaking vehicle had crossed over to his lane. So who give way to WHO ??? [confused]

Actually WTF, turn right and there a U-Turn further down. Some people really have no brain while they sit behind the wheel.

He didn't and the black car had to squeeze to tight to white car too miss m/bike and then hit mirror.

Changed my mind after 3rd watch of video.

The cam car infront of the white car was parked, maybe even another car parked in front of the cam car so m/bike had right of way and black car should have stopped to let m/bike pass before pulling out.

Thinking again after 4th watch there is a van parked behind white car so maybe black car had pulled out already.

In the end difficult to tell because not enough position of cars available.

Its very simple really.

Who knocked the mirror off?

The black car or the bike.

Whoever knocked the mirror off is at fault.

In this kind of single lane estate, is usually give and take. Drivers need to assess the situation , either go aside to let others pass or vice versa. If they wan to chiong recklessly and coupled with lousy driving judgement, then this is what happen.

Yes, agree with your statement, thanks.

Please assess and decide,  but always good to give way if appropriate (check rear view mirror too).

If still need to proceed, ensure able to pass through safely - Both the rider and the black toyota Noah should proceed cautiously  and defensively at lower speed than shown in the video... so as to be able to stop in time - pleasewatch out for driver/passenger opening doors,  kids running around, wheelchair users or domestic helper washing cars (usually early morning).

Is there any single white line middle of the road or double yellow line at the sides or near any junction/firehydrant? Then it is not wrong in the first place for the vehicles to park there (but be considerate...and aware of residence favourite spots!)

van chiong ah fast fast.

yeah many of them like to chiong. they deserve it.

In order to maximise weight carrying,   the weight going to the rear wheel of these Van's and lightweight trucks is very light when they are not loaded,  as a result they will get skidding very easily, I dont know how many of these drivers know the basic problem.  I drove both van and daihatsu trucks when I was a lot younger so I know the problem. And  by the way, not sure who have driven the rear engine VW van before, that is one of the most stable van I have driven before. It is known as beetle van or microbus.

We can't see enough of the parking vehicles.

Say there were 20 cars parked in front of the cam car.

The black car at some point has to pull out to overtake.

It might well have been a clear road then, but the m/bike comes along and instead of waiting for the black car to pass safely the m/bike thinks he can squeeze through and when he reaches the black car the black car has to pull over and hits the wing mirror instead of the m/bike.

That's just one possible scenario of maybe 3 or 4.

As I said we don't have enough info.
