Specific licensing and requirements such as regular psychological profiling for the drivers, much like alpha drivers. The mohawk driver does not do much confidence, he should be in cuffs. It would be the right time for on site 2 ic to individually check each kid physically pronto. The commander would have done better to clear the children and bus them out.
