I hope they see footage and explain why this accident happen, i would really like to know who is at fault.
Damage shows it was hit at high speed.

But green buses are so slow, certainly the one around Jurong and Bkt.Batok. Tower Transit took HSE to a new order, and spaced our the timetable to stop drivers rushing.
