Many farker/sotong drivers turn like that nowadays, either they think leftmost lane got ghost, or middle/first lanes got gold, or they think they are driving a 40ft trailer. That road looks like Gambas Avenue. If I guess correctly, the white van turned out from Gambas Crescent and going to make a U-Turn about 100m to 200m away.
