I too have seen quite a few. In my MSCP, cars even go against the flow of traffic. This only shows how much enforcement was done. P.S. I am not sure how much of these enforcements are outsourced. Best way to look at the under carriage is to switch on phone in video mode with the light on. Place in on a cardboard sheet and slide it from front to rear.
