I think SPC got very good discount. There other time, I waited I think for much more than 5 minutes for the counter to explain to the lady the discount structure. The lady having to top-up by buying some other stuffs so that the minimum could be met to maximise. Also, the lady wanted to reconcile what she was told by the outside uncle was the same as what was told by the counter. Can't blame the lady, she drive a smaller car.
