All this because of building management trying to save painting cost. Jolly well paint the whole lot GREEN to be more obvious. Don't cut corners OK?

Newton circle is a very accident prone design.  It is more suitable for light traffic without traffic lights inside the circle, else it will create accident situations like above.

Looking into the rear view mirror is part and parcel of situational awareness . I do it without fail. 

Checking rear view mirror for safety and tracking whether the same car model with the same car plate is following you from point A to point B (like the cam car did) are two very different skillsets. Unless of course if you're trained by Jason Bourne LOL

Do t think so. If merc was stationary within its own lane then yes. 

Liable when change Lane without proper lookout at junction...
