Simply because it didn’t happen to his family members.

The joker should get all his leotard gangs to contribute 1k each or more. I am sure there are more than 400 leotards in Singapore. Then I will salute him Mr Chu.

Cam car was not exactly wrong to go slow on the left lane but he can be more considerate to allow the van to filter  in since he was after all taking his own sweet time. I suppose the red car was frustrated because of this, but he should not  play jam brake that way, instead he should  have just moved on.

Can't believe he even suggest crowd-funding? nowadays commit crime also can ask for donation? SMLJ

If Ting really has the heart he would have go and find some ways to repay Mdm Ang (borrow from family or what not etc..) even partially but apparently this is not the case. Basically he just told the victim the LLST and not a single remorse.

Maybe what he intended to say was in case of accident the motorist would not be held liable against a cyclist regardless, thus ensuring more careful cyclist behavior.

I wonder if with that counterargument he agree or not 😂

Ah.... that all makes sense! No wonder so many car accidents on the road. If all cars are uninsured, then everyone will drive carefully and no more accidents on the road.

Please make this Chu our transport minister.

What a dixkhead. Why didn't Francis Chu tell his company to stop giving him a guaranteed salary each month as it would only make him lazy on his job? A wise man would keep quiet if he has nothing of value to contribute rather then expose his own stupidity.

Based on his logic, so cars also don't need insurance.. because it causes ppl to be more reckless..

Francis Chu should have his name printed on his leotard when out cycling to let drivers know who he is and to wham him into the bushes where he belongs. Drivers can afford to be reckless as they have insurance cover.
