Possible if bid < quota.
 

In the past I believe car dealers will sapu remaining bid if it is lower than quota, and apply on new cars to be sold as per-owned. If the bid is way too low, I’m interested to find out how much 2nd hand car dealers can tank.

But if they worry about staying in business

When I was small my father put a Pine tree car perfume in front of the air vents. 

Now because of CB a lot of cars not driven long time and car got stale or mouldy smell. 

I am now think of stating my car perfume and spa biz.
