DC too slow and long.

Leaf battery small still ok.

AC: 240v

DC: 400v

Just leave it in carpark to charge overnight. The generator will last 8 hours for each full tank. Bigger size generator, will last even longer.

The owner should look on the bright side.

When he sells the car

the mileage will be a lot lower

than what the car actually is.

Means he will get a higher price

from the new buyer.

Sorry i dont understand. The mileage would have been clealy stated in both the S&P agreement as well as the advert on sgcarmart.  So if its six times the mileage, he should have a clear case?

What kinda kangaroo court is this?

But i think on 2nd thought he has to show n proof the real true actual mileage of the car. And the ST article did not provide the details on the real mileage also.

Unless you have the full service history of the car, its impossible to proof. So i guess this is a risk if u buy from any 2nd hand dealer.

You better retract. Wait Shan suit you till pants drop.

The problem is no technical person from AD willing to testify under oath.

I take a harder stance about this.

Instead of just misrepresentation, this should count on the more serious charge of fraud.

These nonsense can easily be largely mitigated if the Lazy Tamade Arses

1. Requires log of inspection mileage on national database (search with fee if necessary). Its only 3 5 7 9 yr mark but better than nothing

2. Allows search if car was registered as PHV at anytime in its life.

But Lazy Tamade Arseholes

OK. All along we know that the ECU contain a lot of info but hor many important info like mileage la ..... engine parameters are proprietary to car manufacturer lor.

I recent found an android  app that offer many car manufacturers profile wor.

With these custom profile, you could at least see some info like mileage la, mine is to use to check DPF Soot Mass lor.

Just poke a Bluetooth OBD into the car of your interest and at least hope to see some useful info ba.

Hope this help on your adventure to buy a USED Car lor.

Looking at this recent video from the US makes my blood boil.

Boil over with Sinkieland, I mean. We price-gouge our people and then screw them over with a denial of basic consumer protection.
